How can I cancel, modify or request a refund for a booking made over the internet?
If you have registered on our website, you can cancel or modify a reservation from the “'My Account'' section of the website. Once you have logged in with your username and password, use the “contact” section to specify the option you want in the subject line: “Cancellation -72 hours” or “Modification -72h” always at least 72 hours before the date of the first service (except in the case of admissions or offers that do not allow changes or cancellations). Once this 72-hour deadline has passed, cancellations will not be accepted, but modifications within the same season will be.

here selecting the option "Manage my reservation" and "Modify my reservation" or, "Cancel" and we will answer you in 48 hours.
For accommodation (hotels, tourist apartments, etc.) and other services outside of Caldea (ski passes, tickets for parks and museums, etc.), the client should follow each company's cancellation and/or modification policy or the terms and conditions of the package itself. Caldea includes the specific terms and conditions of these services in the descriptions of the packages and, therefore, cancellation and/or modification outside of the stated deadlines may result in charges from these providers.
Caldea will not be responsible for any change, cancellation or modification of the booking, nor for any losses or damages caused by the non-fulfilment by the service providers of their corresponding obligations to the client, when the non-fulfilment is caused by circumstances of force majeure. For information purposes, these circumstances include, among others: war, revolutions, terrorist attacks, border closures, epidemics, natural disasters or any other circumstance which may seriously affect both parties, as well as any other unforeseeable circumstance beyond the control of Caldea.
For all bookings that have been modified once and have an open date, we will not refund the price of the booking.
