Caldea, the thermal spa of Andorra, offers different entry methods: Classic Access, ideal for families, allows entry to those over 5 years old and includes the large indoor and outdoor lagoon, the panoramic lagoon, Indo-Roman baths, saunas, hammam. and rest areas. Access Plus, for those over 12 years old, includes entry to all Classic facilities, in addition to the famous grapefruit bath, lemon bath, solarium and rest areas. Premium Access, for those over 16, is the most complete entry and gives access to all Caldea facilities. Caldea also has a children's spa, exclusively for 3-8 year olds.    

The Classic entry, intended for those over 5 years old, includes 3 hours of access to the indoor and outdoor lagoons, the outdoor panoramic lagoon, the Indo-Roman baths, the saunas and the hammam and the rest areas. Time spent in the locker room is included in the 3 hours. Buy your entry here.

The duration of the treatment has nothing to do with spa access times. In other words, you will always benefit from 3 or 4 hours at the spa depending on your entry type, in addition to the duration of the treatment you have selected.

This is the exclusive spa for girls and boys aged 3 to 8 years old. They will have fun there while learning and introducing themselves to thermal water thanks to activities led by our team of specialized instructors. The adult enters through the Classic locker rooms and accompanies the child to the door of the Children's Spa, where they will be received by the team. There are two types of entry for children: entry for 3 to 4 year olds with access only to the Children's Spa and entry for 5 to 8 year olds with access to the Children's Spa and Classic facilities. Your swimsuit (and a lot of desire to let go!)
If you purchase Premium entry, bathrobe, towel and flip-flops are included. 
If you buy Classic or Plus entry, you can rent a bathrobe for €5.50, a towel for €3.50 and single-use latex socks from €3.50.

A swimming cap is not obligatory and sandals from outside are prohibited (possibility of purchasing single-use latex socks). For hygiene reasons, it is obligatory to tie your hair before entering the spa. Premium entry includes a bathrobe and flip flops for use throughout the spa.                        

You can access the facilities with any type of outfit specially designed for swimming (swimsuit, bikini or burkini, shorts or briefs). Bathing equipment is not included in the entry price. You will access the facilities barefoot or by purchasing single-use latex socks on sale at the Boutique. Premium access: loan of bathrobe, sandals and towel.

The Children's Spa is designed for the little ones. Accompanying adults will not be able to enter this spa with them. However, it is a spa open to the large interior lagoon from which parents can see their children at any time. In addition, the Children's Spa instructors provide a pager for parents so that children can always be reached.

Caldea has two restaurants: the Blu Restaurant, located on level 0 and accessible to all with an aquatic area for customers in swimsuits, and the Siam Shiki Restaurant, with Thai-Japanese cuisine, located on the 1st floor. Online reservations on our website. If you purchase a package with entry to the spa + restaurant, an additional hour is offered to you to fully enjoy the experience.

Children aged 3 and 4 can only access the Children's Spa.
Children aged 5 to 8 can access the Children's Spa and Classic facilities.
Children aged 9 to 11 can only access Classic facilities.
From 12 years old, access is authorized to the Classic and Plus facilities. 

It is obligatory to present proof of the age of children, who must also be accompanied by an adult up to 15 years old (one adult for 2 children).
Children aged 3 to 16 cannot access the spa alone, they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over (one adult for every 3 children).
Anyone under 1.30 m tall, even if they can swim, must wear floatation armbands provided by Caldea.  (there are places where space does not allow swimming and you have to be at rest).
We do not have a daycare service. Parents coming with a child under 5 years old (or 3 years old, when the Children's Spa is open) will be able to share entry and each use half of the entry time.

As a precaution, we recommend that you consult your doctor. If you are pregnant, you can enjoy almost all the relaxing treatments. Pressure treatments are not recommended.

Caldea has closed lockers in the changing rooms, and also offers waterproof cell phone covers at the store. Make sure you don't leave anything outside the locker and secure it properly with your access bracelet. If you lose your bracelet, notify staff immediately. Caldea is not responsible for the possible loss or theft of any valuable object that has not been previously guarded by the Security Service.

The 3 and 5 day Classic, Plus and Premium access vouchers are personal and non-transferable and their use can be extended until November 30 of the current year. The objective of the voucher is to be able to enjoy Caldea throughout the year on different dates and at a cheaper price than purchasing three or five tickets purchased separately.

If you have a promotional code, it can be used exclusively for the purchase of any service or package/offer that does not include the message “Website Exclusive” on caldea.com. It can be applied during the booking process before entering your personal details.

If you have an implanted venous access device or a central line for administering medication and liquids, you may access Caldea provided that you have been given express authorisation by your doctor to bathe in swimming pools or spas and only if you protect the device completely with a waterproof cover that is approved for use in thermal waters. Caldea does not have or provide approved covers for this purpose.
