Terms and conditions:

- 3 hours of admission for over-12s with entry from 3 p.m. until 6.15 p.m. or 8.15 p.m., depending on the closing time.
- The Classic and Plus facilities are closed for annual improvement works until July 17. Premium access will be available. From July 18 to July 31, the outdoor lagoon will be closed for improvement works. You will be able to enjoy the rest of the facilities: large indoor lagoon, panoramic lagoon, Indoroman baths, Nordic sauna, hammam, the grapefruit bath, the Aztec bath, the lemon bath, and the solarium with jacuzzis.
- 100% refundable provided that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
- Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years. Children below the height of 1.30 m will be required to use borrowed arm floats.
- Shows: During high season enjoy shows with acrobatics, live music and much more. Check all the information here. 

Information note:

When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most of the facilities in operation, the client may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for Caldea external services.
